Under Turkey’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), ListeUstası, as data controller, processes your personal data within the scope described below.

- Identity: your name
- Contact: your email address
- Request details: the service you choose, the product link you send, product images and files, your note and how you heard about us
- Marketing consent: whether or not you tick the promotional email box
- Transaction security: technical logs kept by service providers when the form is submitted (IP address, date and time)
Please don’t enter your customers’ information, panel passwords or ID details in the form.
3. Purposes of processing
- To answer your price and service request, get back to you and send a quote on your request
- To carry out ordering and delivery
- To send promotional and announcement emails if you have given explicit consent
- To meet legal obligations and keep the form secure
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed on the legal grounds in KVKK Art. 5/2: (c) it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, (ç) it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, and (f) legitimate interest. Promotional and announcement emails are sent only if you consented by ticking the optional box on the form; this consent is obtained under Law No. 6563 and related legislation and, where required, recorded in the Message Management System (İYS). Not giving consent has no effect on how your request is answered.
5. Transfers
Your form data is forwarded to our email address through our form processing provider FormSubmit (formsubmit.co); FormSubmit processes the data on its own servers to deliver the submission. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (pages.dev); Cloudflare may keep server logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and service delivery. To count visits, we use GoatCounter, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. The servers of our email, form, hosting and AI service providers may be located abroad; such transfers are made in line with the conditions in KVKK Art. 9 and only to provide the service. For product copy and image editing, only product information and product images are sent to AI services, never your personal data. Please don’t send photos showing people’s faces or personal information. Data may be transferred to authorized public authorities where required by law. Your data is never shared with or sold to any other third party.
6. Collection method
Your data is collected electronically through the form on our website and through email correspondence. In the fallback method used when the form can’t be submitted (email app, Gmail or Outlook), the message is sent directly from your own email account.
7. Retention period
If a request doesn’t turn into an order, your data is deleted or anonymized within 6 months at the latest. If there is an order, statutory retention periods apply. Your promotional email consent is kept until you withdraw it.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, know the third parties it was transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to listeustasi@mail.grokbot.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
You can withdraw your promotional email consent at any time, free of charge, via the link in the emails or by writing to us.
