Do you change the product’s color or shape?
No. We only remove the background and place the product on a white background at marketplace size. The product’s color, shape and details stay unchanged; nothing that isn’t in the photo gets added.
Which photos are suitable for image editing?
Sharp photos of opaque products; a cluttered background is fine. For glass or transparent products, and products partly blocked by something in front (e.g. a shoe in the grass), we ask for a reshoot in front of a plain background.
Is a white background mandatory on Trendyol and Hepsiburada?
Not on Trendyol: Trendyol’s official image guide says “a plain white or light-colored background should be preferred”; it wants the whole product clearly visible, filling most of the image, with the main image showing the product plainly. Technically: JPEG, JPG, PNG or WEBP; 1 KB–10 MB; at least 860×574 and at most 2000×2000 pixels. The 1200×1800 size we deliver is within this range and matches the size in Trendyol’s integration docs. On Hepsiburada, according to the official catalog guide, the background must be white or a light color, the product must cover 80% of the image, and images must not contain text, logos or watermarks; formats are PNG or JPG.
Can info cards be used on Hepsiburada?
No. According to Hepsiburada’s official catalog guide, product images must not contain text, logos or watermarks, so we only make info cards for Trendyol additional images. Trendyol’s official image guide also rejects images with excessive text or with shipping, returns, promotion, price, discount or gift information, so we leave these off the cards. We send you the card text for approval before delivery.
What’s the difference between the spreadsheet package and the title package?
Bulk upload spreadsheet (20 products 390 TL): we fill in your category template, check and clean up titles against the marketplace rules using the information you provide, and add short basic descriptions. The goal is to get your products uploaded quickly and within the rules.
Title and description packages (5 products 100 TL, 20 products 690 TL, 50 products 1,400 TL): for each product we write a detailed, carefully crafted title, a long description, 5 feature bullets and do keyword research; 1 revision included.
What should I send for the bulk upload spreadsheet?
The category template you download from your panel and your raw product list. We send back the completed template with rule-compliant cleaned titles and short basic descriptions; you do the upload. We never invent information that isn’t in your list; we ask you.
Do I need to give you my panel password?
No. Just send your product link or the product spreadsheet you download from your panel. You upload the file we prepare to your panel yourself.
Will my sales or rankings go up?
We can’t guarantee that, and we recommend being cautious with anyone who does. Rankings depend on many factors such as price, reviews, stock and shipping time. We make your titles and descriptions rule-compliant, complete and readable.
Does AI write the copy?
Drafts are prepared with AI assistance. Then we check every text for character limits, repeated words, spelling and factual accuracy. You can see these steps in the check report.
What information should I send?
A product link is usually enough. If size, material, ingredients or usage information isn’t on your product page, adding it as a note makes the copy stronger. We don’t add information you haven’t given us.
How do I upload the spreadsheet?
In the delivered spreadsheet, the Barcode, Model Code, Product Name and Product Description columns use the same names as the Trendyol template. You match the new copy by barcode into the category template you download from your panel and upload it from the bulk product screen; we explain each step in the delivery email. The description is provided in the simple HTML format Trendyol accepts, plus a plain-text preview. For Hepsiburada products, Product Name and Product Description are also delivered in separate columns, and we explain the panel import steps in the delivery email as well.
How do I order and pay?
1) Write to us to get price and availability. 2) Choose a package on our Bionluk (bionluk.com/kursatb) or Fiverr (fiverr.com/kursatbabur) listing and place your order; for quantities outside the packages, we open a custom offer for you on Bionluk. 3) Payment is made on Bionluk with 3D Secure; the fee stays in Bionluk’s escrow pool until the work is delivered and you approve it. After delivery you have 3 days to approve, request a revision or dispute; if you don’t respond in that time, Bionluk approves the order automatically. 4) Delivery also happens on Bionluk.

Do I get a revision?
Every package includes 1 revision. After delivery, just tell us what you’d like changed.
Which categories do you work in?
We work in general categories such as clothing, home and living, accessories and cosmetics. For technical products we use only the information you provide; we never write a feature we’re not sure about.
Do you also work on Hepsiburada products?
Yes. On Hepsiburada we write product names following the rules in Hepsiburada’s official catalog guide: the title starts with the brand name, includes the model number and key features, capitalizes every word, and avoids promotional wording and the seller’s name. The 100-character limit mentioned on our site is specific to Trendyol.
